Weddings
Advice: Always like, no, LOVE your photographer. For a day as important as your wedding, having a connection really shows in your pictures because you are more comfortable. I shoot small weddings alone, but have another photographer with me for larger weddings. ( I work great with guys and usually follow him and men thru the day). I match up personalities whether it’s a guyor a girl to ensure a festive time for all of us. I hug everyone goodbye and I have usually made new friends when its over.

People
From families to seniors to couples, my stable of talent and I can travel, do studio shoots, or shoot in natural light(preferably). Making you comfortable and enjoying the process is something we excel at – especially DARLA – she laughs from beginning to end. And its delightful to be w/ someone that enjoys making you look great. |

Events
I love to shoot events. If you have a grand opening, business event, networking or social event, group shot, head shot, pre-game parties, sports, reunion, birthdays, anything with people, I’m your person. |

Pets
Even loving people as much as I do ( for short time periods) - I love to photograph animals, when I need it to be great, I call Becky, she rocks! Animals – like babies – are difficult to shoot and it can be stressful getting that one great shot, but it is priceless. |

Nature
Because I travel frequently, I run into unexpected treasures such as Watkins Mill Pond Bridge or the Angel Oak in Charleston. The most rewarding shots are the ones that jump out of nowhere, make you slam on brakes and say “OMG !”, I have to turn around – I’ll regret it if I don’t get that shoot. Old Buildings, fencelines, and TREES- by far – make me the happiest and Chrissy and Alan do justice to anything that catches their eye. Especially Chrissy and her lightening strikes!

Architecture
Old Buildings, skylines, churches, and random found objects are are a passion for us also ! When you take a trip and come back with 500 picks of non human shots, you know you have a problem. I recently went to the great state of LA with my bestest friend Ann and she came back with one picture of us on the plane and 3 pictures of Ann in front of what else –the biggest oaks in Louisiana – at Oak Alley Plantation. We all have a lifelong love of nature and old buildings – they seem to go together. |
